Default Speaking of the Pants.....

I am in the pre-planning stage to do a modern Cowboy's team. As I am a 49ers fan, I don't want ot screw it up. My question to you is that I noticed you did a great job with the blue/silver color of the era. As today's is a more blue/green, what would you suggest? I have purchased and tried Miggles paint and was not impressed with the end result.
Again your thoughts and direction?
Thanks,

Mark

Default to markee

I used Apple Barrell, mixing regular grey with a little silver and a little blue. Remember, these acrylics will dry darker, so don't add too much blue. Good luck!

Default Blue/Green

For the modern day Cowboys, use the same formula, but add a tinge of green also, and a little more silver.

Default Cowboys

Thanks for the direction guys. I try to make each team that I do as accuarte as possible in just about every way. With Beenuts decals and rosters half the work is done. That just leaves painting and other finishing touhse such as facemasks and chin straps....

Great Detailing On The 70's Cowboys: I see The Towels And High White Socks On Pearson And Hill. You Have To Real Cowboy Fan To Go That Far In Detail!!!!! And 49er Fan, You Also Look Up A Guy Named Raidermike Who Is Known To Have The Exact Color Paint For Every Nfl Team. I Got Some Bluish Green Paint For The Cowboys, A Couple A Years Ago. And I Wasn't Disappointed, Hope This Help. Pm Me If You Want His Number.
