Default Old Frosty's

I still consider myself a rookie here...
How do you tell the difference between the Old Frosty's and the ones Miggle has now? Just curious. A guy sent me some to tweak and they do look a bit brighter than the ones I have from Miggle. Thanks!
Mike

Mike,
I have a hard time telling the frosties from the old ones period. From what I hear, the new frosties are not good for boiling, so you could run an experiment. If you don't want to boil any of the bases, boil the sprue and see what happens. If it puffs up, it must be an old frostie, if it doesn't, new.

Thanks Mark for the info. These are all loose though. Is there any other way to tell? These are a bit wider, maybe boiled already?

Default Old Frosty's

Hey Mike,
Let me get in touch with the professor. He schooled me on this some time ago, but I know they have a lighter shade of green from the new ones and they are extermly easy too tweakk for ridiculous speed. Unfortunately, I learned to tweak using them and I destroyed nearly half. The others are still doing well! I'll get right back to you.
