Default Sometime Everybody is Not onboard with...

what you do.

A couple of coaches in the CBSMF brought up the disappointment they had that they were disappointed that some coaches were not joining up. My advice to them is simply, "Everybody should have the right to make that decision for themselves". Some may feel that it will be a flop. Others may not like the guys who are in charge. Others may have a wait-and-see approach. Others may be hoping it becomes a big failure. Others may be bitter for whatever the reason. There's a myriad of reasons why they have their opinions not to join and that is okay.

My concern will be for the ones who are in it. Those that are not in it will always be welcomed with open arms as they are a part of the community and what makes this hobby great. But we can not worry ourselves with those who are not a part of the league. We address the needs and welfare of the guys who have risk their time and invested in this financially and emotionally! We have guys that once played in the DFW (who live here in the area) who have exiled themselves from the league over false principles built on lies and rumors. You know they continue to read about the DFW League in all its good times, but they wish for its destruction. As the founder of the league, you make sure the league stays on course to be a great trailblazer for the game. I have similar feelings for the CBSMF. Sometimes you can read between the lines in comments by people that tells you "they don't have this CBSMF in their best interest". But that's okay, because those are the ones you DO NOT want in the league. I am not gonna force you to have fun playing the game. Just let them stay bitter.

I expect the same in all MF organizations because for the most part, we go in looking for reasons to not support it. That's okay. The great satisfaction comes when the self-exiled see that the league is prospering (as the DFW is) to the point where there is a waiting list. That is our hope here with the CBSMF. The goals are high and the possibilities are high but with the "Can-Do" approach and the steady recruitment of guys who want to be a part of this, we can definitely make this work. It's time to make things work for the good of the "whole".

great points, that is why I am signing on. I have joined many leagues that were 'start-ups' and I feel that I help them advance from the development stage to nation prominence.....

This will be no difference.... all I can say is COME ON AND BRING IT!!!!!!!!

Amen,, Bring it ON!!!!!!!!!! I'm thrilled, excited with all the Coaches across the LAND who are getting on board with the DFW League and the Shootout Rules. Simply exciting to see many more different styles and schemes, I can't wait to hit the Arena with some of you Coaches across the Nation!!! Norbert I can't wait to sit down with you and compare strentgh tweaking techniques, just can't wait. Coaches you all are welcome to jump on board if you so desire and join the set of rules"Shootout Rules" that eventially will take hold across the nation. So if your curious and have never experienced them ask around there is nothing more realistic, wow imagine 100 PLAYS per game, I sit here pacing back and forth waiting for the season to begin, so lets get it on "FEEL THE POWER"

Reg,

No matter what you do you cannot please everyone. Once we make this a great success. They will be lining up to join.
