I am Jamal X Lockhart more affectionately known on this great chat board as Biglock. the CBSMF idea to me is an entity that is huge and very exciting, and no doubt will be alot of fun for all involved, My friend and brother Double R has blessed me with the duty and honor of being the commissioner of the SWAC conference, a conference that is chockful of football history,great players and tradition, this is an APB to all Florida,Georgia, Louisiana coaches and EF/MF players and any and all interested please contact me by phone or email if interested in this fun endeavor. Rick my friend it would be an honor to play you however, but theGame we got to play is your Panthers vs My Steelers, but if its college I dont care, because the dude on the other side of the board i truly a great guy.

Great to have you over the SWAC
Lock,
It's great to have you as commissioner of the SWAC. Miami is one of the 4 Shootout cities that the coaches will have to choose from as well. It will be great seeing coaches come aboard from the Louisiana, Georgia, and Florida area. All that is needed is a minimum of 5 coaches. Four coaches from each conference automatically qualifies. We will be sending out information on rules, marketing, and other things to get people excited about the SWAC. You may even want to speak with Beenut (and I will jump on if you need me) about doing some type of interconference weekend. I know they have tentatively scheduled one with the ACC but maybe something else can be done. Reginald
