Default Favre Returning!

I guess Aaron Rodgers has to sit another year. I like Favre but I believe his time is up and he just wants records. His place in football history is already cemented. I would like to know what he is really thinking.

A great moment for Defensive Backs everywhere. Favre is the interception king taking up where Joe Namath left off.

But still, there is never a dull moment when #4 takes the field. Remember, the Pack was 8-8 last season so in 2007, anything can happen.

Favre's a bit from where he was, but he's still a really good QB...far better than Rogers. Just ask the Bears or Lions how easy it is to find a good QB. Interceptions were way down this year from last year under coach McCarthy. Welcome back Brett.

You ain't lying bro. I love Favre as much as anyone, but he is definatley not stingy with the fantasy points...for the other team.

He is the Han Solo of EF; The Renegade who wins and looses big. I will be glad to watch him play again and who knows, maybe the Pack and battle back in the still soft NFC North. But honestly, with the NFC East and South looking as strong as they do, it is unlikely that the Pack will make the playoffs in '07.

At the beginning of the 2006 season I made a friendly lunch wager with a friend that the Pack would win at least seven games this year. I took a lot of heat from the guys when the Pack was at 1-5.

I ended up winning the lunch bet after all when Brett and the boys went 7-3 in the second half and managed to beat the Bears (starting all of their big names on defense for about 3 quarters) at the end of the season.

I know the Packers schedule was easier last year than it will be this year and that the Bears had home field advantage locked when they played their last game, but they might just surprise you and sneak into a wild-card slot next year. I don't think they will be ready to challenge the Bears, but they are making progress.

In my opinion Favre could play for the Packers for another 3-4 years. He's got the ability still. Anyway before I ramble on I think the Packers are definitly better off with him then without him and I'm perdicting a playoff run in 2007.
