The Cards have won the West division, their first division title in 33 years. Not only that, they'll be hosting a playoff game for the first time since Columbus sailed the ocean blue. Well, since 1940-something anyways. I'm heading for the basement.

If the Eagles defeat the G-Men then the Cards will HOST the NFC Championship. As Dick Enberg would say OH MY. The last time the Cards hosted a championship game was in 1947 against, you guessed it, the Eagles. Another championship game between the Cardinals and Eagles would be a game for the birds. Okay I will keep my day job. You have become a bad influence on me Al (smile).

Was at the Panthers-Cardinals game. One of the worst QB performances I have ever seen. Delhomme had absolutely no pocket presence. He could not feel the rush at all and just held the ball way too long. He made terrible decisions and could not see the field and the guys in white. What a disappointing end to the season for Panthers fans.

I remember several years ago, Kurt Warner came into BOA Stadium in a Ram uniform and threw 6 INTs. Tonight, the tables were turned and he got his revenge.
