Default BEST TYPE OF FOOTBALL TO USE?

Just wondering what type of football most use? If most use the Miggle balls, I am hoping it is the Proline balls? Do they have slots in them already? All I have are the felt type, so I need to know this to stay in keeping!

I can speak for the rest of the coaches but it is really a matter of preference. Yes the prolines already have a slot in them. Personally I prefer the footballs that are felt especially when it comes to kicking FG's. The ones for Buzzball are good as well. Maybe get all three and decide the ones you like since they all of them are inexpensive. Hope this helps.

Thank You Coach J! Greatly appreciated but can you give me a bit of detail how you find success using those small felt footballs?

Whats funny is that even on the Miggle DVD that comes with some new games shows a different ball than that is actually given with game? The DVD makes no reference to different balls either from what I seen.

My eyes aren't what they used to be, that's why I like using the white felt balls. They are easier to follow than the brown rubber ones. As far as kicking goes, do yourself a great favor and buy a TDK from Geno. Those things are the greatest invention since sliced bread!

Do a member search for Geno H and then send him a PM. By the way, the TDK is a kicker, not a ball, though you will probably have a ball using it. They kick great, a million times better than the TTQB. Here's a pic of one that is painted.

the footballs that work best for me (passing) are the big white felt footballs from (efdw) but since they are no longer in business all i can tell you is too check ebay for some or use the miggle felt balls they work good to, as for kicking its miggle felt footballls .

Thumbs up

I agree that the white felt balls are by far easier to track. However,I seem to have problems with the fraying apart on me.I may be slightly more partial to the old foam balls but I lost so many of them I could've made a couch out of them.I like the look of the leather balls but after a while (especially without use) they get extremely hard.
