Default Hey Mike

Since this is for the MFCA members only and the 2nd suggestions is too much. Try this...

Take all 218 MFCA members and put there name in the lottery. Have a lottery...the first name drawn will get the #1 pick in the first round, the second name drawn will get the #2 pick in the first round. Do this for 7 rounds. You can have 40 players go per round.

(((((Mike, at this time theres only 12 teams of 22, 264 players total, so letting 40 players go in the draft is abit much, most of my time would be in tweaking for the league, (remember players will also be able to get drafted through out the season) also I play in 2 leagues and travel to atleast 3 tournaments a year plus tweak for some coaches, I think it's best to keep it at 10 the 1st round and 10 the 2nd round for now offcourse, as the seasons and teams build up, I will let more players be drafted,....it will be 2 seasons a year.)))))

To determine classes...you can do this by the year you tweaked the base. If you tweaked the base 2 years ago, then that base would be going into its 3rd year so that base would be considered a junior. If you have a base that was tweaked 2 years ago but you never used it on a team then it could be a red shirt sophmore.

((((Theres a coach that want let me mention his name, Reg and all of the vendors know him well though (smile), this cat is strickly a behind the scenes type, in a email I sent him asking could I mention his name, his reply,......When I'am gone you can, anyway he has explained to me a perfect way to determine class, I will call you and explain later.))))

Norb...this is "SICK"!!! I'm hooked! I love it dude.

I would love to help on this in some sort of capacity. I've never seen anything like this. This is a trip!!!

((((OH,......you and him will be helping))))(smile)

I'm creating my "War" room already for draft day.

Also...Put quantative values on all your draft picks. For example on your draft board you can put beside the player in () weather you think he is a 1st rounder or 2nd rounder or 3rd rounder. Remember you will only have 40 first rounders or however many you decide. Then you will say 1st rounders are $15, 2nd rounders are $10, 3rd rounders are $5, etc. This way it'll be as the NFL is where 1st rounders get paid more coming out of the draft. Even further, if a base that you project doesn't go in the first round but gets drafted in the third round then his draft stock went down and you have to sell him for 3rd round dollars and vice versa.

((((1st rounders lets keep at $10 and 2nd rounders at $5))))

I love this stuff Norb! You're a freakin genius dude! A real EFL Draft! This hobby has gone nutz

((((This is only the start up, as time goes on things will be fine tuned)))).

Default 3 months later

All 12 teams are done, based up and ready, I will begin work on the website now filling in all rosters and teams, small right-ups will be given to each player as time goes on.

Right now I am working on different rule sets and mixing them together,........... to take myself out of the games outcome, I will be using sticks for passes and a dice box for play calling.

I wanted to update you cats on the progress of The Pro Prospects League, everything is coming together in record time.

Default Pro Prospects

Why do those bases have an "N" on them?

Thanks for keeping us updated on the Pro Prospects League. That is an awesome way to test bases in gametime situations and also have a great time doing it. Players look great and I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun.

Default Hey Tom

Thats it, I wanted a fun and exciting way to test bases before sending them to coaches training camps, I think this is the best way, I get to play some games and have fun at the same time, games will be 30 minutes and a mixture of a few rules sets.

Default The Pro Prospect league has started scrimmages allready.

Arizona, Michigan, Clemson, Hurricanes, Nebraska, Illinois, LSU, and Ohio State all ran 4 offensive and defensive plays against Nigel's Oklahoma Sooners, this was great, I spotted some for sure 1st rounders today, USC, Auburn, Gators, and my Sooners will get a chance to scrimmage the powerful sooners also in roughly 2 weeks, heres a link of some of the action.

P.S. I am sorry, some footage is not to good to me, I will be buying a camcoder soon.
